Stock and Dispatch
We maintain stock for our most popular products to ensure prompt delivery, typically dispatching within 3 business days. Custom-tailored products may have varied delivery times, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Flexible Delivery Options
If delivery is scheduled when you are unavailable:
- We can hold your goods in our warehouse until you return.
- Alternatively, we can arrange to leave the item in a safe location. Please contact our customer service team after placing your order to make arrangements.
Ordering Multiple Items
To optimize delivery costs, all items in your order will be shipped together. The total delivery time is determined by the item with the longest lead time. However, phased delivery is available upon request. Contact us at urbandockau@gmail.com to discuss your preferences.
Delivery Process and Tracking
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation detailing shipping and delivery times. When your order ships, a Shipment Notification email will include tracking information, delivery status, and estimated dates.
Estimated Shipping and Delivery Times
- Items Available for Quick Shipment: Orders placed for items labeled “Ships within 48 working hours” will typically ship the same or the next business day.
- Standard Delivery Time: 1-5 business days for all parcels.

Delivery Times
- Residential Addresses: Deliveries occur between 8 am and 8 pm.
- Office Addresses: Opening Hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Exact delivery times are not guaranteed, and carriers cannot make prior calls before delivery.
Delivery Conditions
Signature Requirement
For security purposes, a signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, consider shipping to a trusted location, such as your office. Deliveries to PO Boxes are not permitted.
Inside Delivery and Property Damage

Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the scheduled time, the carrier will leave a calling card. You may contact the carrier directly to reschedule or update your delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Additional Fees and Restrictions
- Remote area deliveries may incur additional charges. We will notify you if this applies, and you may choose to pay the fee or cancel the order.
- Shipping costs do not include additional services such as upstairs delivery, trash removal, or installation.
